Ohio Coordinating Center for ACT (OCCA) collaborates with four Forensic ACT Teams in Ohio to collect and report client outcomes data. This data is tracked over 6 month intervals and reported using the FACT Outcomes Tracking Instructions and FACT Database Spreadsheet (links below). Over time, analysis of this information will show improved outcomes for individuals being served by Forensic ACT Teams.
